Faculty Capacity Building Session on Innovative teaching methods

The General Education Department at Jinnah School of Public Policy and Leadership (JSPPL) conducted a Faculty Capacity Building Session on Innovative teaching methods on 13th May, featuring Dr. Zonaib Tahir as the resource person.
Dr. Tahir, an Assistant Professor at Quaid-i-Azam School of Management Sciences, holds a PhD in Digital Marketing from France and specializes in Strategic Communication and Digital Consumption Behaviour. He has extensive experience in academia and professional training, having conducted workshops for organizations including the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Trade and Commerce, and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
The session was attended by GE faculty and officers and covered a range of contemporary themes, including the impact of evolving communication on teaching practices, innovative teaching methods, communication styles and personality, visual and movement strategies for classrooms, communication barriers, and digital communication techniques. The interactive session provided valuable insights into enhancing teaching effectiveness and adapting to modern communication trends in education.
