General Education Centre

Introduction:

The General Education Centre at the Jinnah School of Public Policy and Leadership (JSPPL) houses four dynamic departments: Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies, the Career Development Centre, and Community Service. Each of these components is designed to equip students with a well-rounded perspective rooted in national identity, faith, ethical consciousness, and social responsibility. This centre strives to nurture visionary leadership that is inclusive, morally grounded, and capable of responding to the complex challenges of contemporary society.

Objectives:

• Cultivate principled and forward-thinking leadership rooted in the vision of Jinnah and Iqbal.
• Promote critical understanding of national history, culture, and values.
• Engage with foundational religious texts, core beliefs and practices, and its application to contemporary issues
• Foster civic responsibility through active community engagement.
• Enable collaborative thinking to address complex public and social issues
