Closing Day of Russian Language Festival: Language Practice and Cultural Exchange

The third and concluding day of “The Beauty of the Russian Word: Russian Language Festival in Pakistan”, was held on 16 September 2026, focusing on practical language learning and interactive Russian language practice. The day provided participants with an opportunity to apply the vocabulary, expressions, and language skills introduced during the festival through engaging and participatory activities. Students took part in interactive language exercises designed to strengthen their confidence in speaking and understanding Russian, while creating an enjoyable environment for learning and cultural exchange.

The closing day also provided an opportunity to reflect on the broader purpose of the festival: promoting interest in the Russian language, encouraging intercultural understanding, and creating meaningful connections between Pakistani and Russian cultures. The activities concluded with the closing ceremony, graced by Principal JSPPL, Dr. Hassan Jalil Shah, bringing together participants, faculty, organizers, and partners to celebrate the successful completion of the three-day festival. The organizers expressed their appreciation to all those who contributed to the initiative, particularly the instructors namely Prof. Roman Porozov and Mr. Anton Dolgov from Ural State Pedagogical University (USPU) and the Pakistan Studies Department, General Education including Dr. Sobia, Dr. Gul-i-Ayesha, and HOD Pakistan Studies Dr. Adeela, for their tireless efforts in organizing and facilitating the festival.
